• Proven experience in your trade (Fitter, Boilermaker, or Rigger)
• Confined Space Awareness (Desirable)
• Working at Heights (Desirable)
• Valid White Card
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
• For Riggers: Basic or Intermediate certification
